The friendly Osada guest house located in the village of Liptovská Osada may seem modest at first glance, but don't be fooled by the first impression, as it has a lot to offer. It provides its guests with three double rooms, one triple room, six quadruple rooms and one five-bed room. In addition to the beds, the rooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, tables, chairs and a private bathroom. This includes a washbasin, shower and toilet, and during the winter months you will certainly appreciate that it is heated not only by a ladder radiator, but also with the help of underfloor heating. On the floor of the Osada guest house you can use the self-catering kitchen with a double hob, electric kettle, microwave, two refrigerators and a seating area. In the multi-purpose room on the ground floor, guests can be served breakfast and dinner, but the service must be booked in advance, for a group of at least ten people.
This new room can also be used to organize various family or corporate events. It is directly connected to the outside environment, has a capacity for about 40 people and contains tables, chairs and technical equipment. In the winter season, the guest house can serve primary and secondary school students while completing a ski course at the Park Snow Donovaly. During the summer months, on the other hand, it is possible to rent a kettle, grill or skewers for grilling. As a guest of the pension you also have WiFi internet connection and parking in front of the building or in an enclosed yard. Nearby you will find a bus stop and shops and restaurants.

The peaceful and quiet village of Liptovská Osada, in which the Osada guest house is situated, is home to the new Gothal recreation center, which includes a water world, a wellness section, a climbing wall, a bowling alley and a fitness center. Several cycling routes cross the area and tourists have the opportunity to head to Veľká Fatra, whether they prefer the ridge, the ascent to Borišov, or the Čierny kameň nature trail. During our stay with the children, we recommend visiting the Fairytale Bird Village in Liptovský Revúc and the fairytale world of Pavel Dobšinský, Habakkuk. Winter excels in quality skiing in the nearby resorts Park Snow Donovaly and Skipark Ružomberok - Malinô Brdo.
