They call me Cinderella and I am the last place in the mountain landscape where a human building stood. I am hidden deep among my loyal species... they are wild and deep forests, grassy borders that smell of motherwort, wormwood and resin in the summer months. Slender and tall spruces protecting the rosehip bushes with their embrace, and in summer sweet raspberries, blackberries, bilberries... the very thing that makes your tongue so purple all day long... with delicate leaves bent under a spruce seedling, every ray of sunlight eagerly looks out.

I am also a landscape steeped in history and mystery. In the nearby neighborhood, at the very top of the mountain of the Mother of God above a thousand steps, I humbly bow before the pilgrimage site, the Hedeč monastery. Like a torn pearl necklace, sedges settled on the crest of my mountain, the memory of a war fortification, now hidden behind moss and fern. And it's a good thing that white and slender birches settled in them, rather than soldiers. A necklace that is so much more beautiful than you could imagine, the silver waterfalls of the Malá Morava River. Even a spring flowing almost under my threshold flows into its wild bed.

The place where you will find me, though now hidden in a private forest sanctuary, was not long ago a sunlit place, a place overlooking the slopes of the other side of the valley, a place of farming, a place of orchards, stone walls, bustling life. Too bad about the view, it took my breath away.

I will gladly accompany you on endless walks in my country, and when fatigue seduces you into the mossy arms of the shadow of the rowan trees, you close your eyes and dream, I will tickle you with a bunch of dandelions on the tip of your nose until you burst out laughing.

I will be Your faithful companion in a black coat, Your Cinderella.
