Private house Nika 246 is a cozily furnished accommodation with a maximum capacity of 12 people, which welcomes you all year round. It is divided into two apartments, but it is possible to rent the object only as a whole. You will find one 5-bed and two 3-bed bedrooms and two living rooms with a couch and a TV with satellite reception. There is a single bed in one room. You will be able to prepare your own meals in two fully equipped kitchens, which include an electric stove, microwave and electric oven, coffee machine, freezer, refrigerator, kettle and dining area. There are two bathrooms with showers and two toilets. It is a matter of course that you can connect to the Internet using the WiFi network in the entire building. A cot, toys, books and an outdoor playground with a trampoline, slide and sandbox are available for children. Adults will take care of grilling in the outdoor fireplace in the gazebo with seating. Parking is provided right next to the building.

The name suggests the proximity of Liptovská Mary, which is located just a few meters from the private house. Here you can enjoy your summer vacation with everything that goes with it. You will sunbathe and lounge on the well-maintained shores, try various water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, rent jet skis or pedal boats. You can also go on a romantic sightseeing cruise by boat or take a bicycle trip along the built trails. You will also find numerous restaurant facilities, sports fields, attractions and children's playgrounds. Hiking lovers go to explore the hills of the Low Tatras, and during the winter you can ski in nearby ski resorts such as Jasná - Chopok, Žiarce, Malinô Brdo and Opalisko.
