Object description
Private VALERIA is located in the village of Demänová in a family house. The owners do not live in the building. The private house is close to the ski resort JASNÁ, Demänovská Dolina - to the lifts /6km/, to Aquapark Tatralandia /7km/, and to the city of Liptovský Mikuláš /4km/. Buses run everywhere, the stop is a short distance from the private house.
Rooms: Guests are accommodated on the entire ground floor, the entrance is separate. There are a total of 3 rooms for a maximum of 10 people. Two rooms have 3 beds, one room has 4 beds. Rooms can be booked separately. Each room has its own TV, bathroom, available wifi.
The kitchen is shared, furnished, there is also a dining area.

What program do you recommend to your guests in case of rain? Aquapark Tatralandia is open even in case of rain, there is swimming, massages. Right in Demänová there is a wellness center 5 min. on foot. There are two beautiful caves in Demänovská Dolina that you should definitely see even if it's not raining. In the city of Liptovský Mikuláš there are museums, go-karts for children. Or guests can just sit in the gazebo and grill something good.

What activities do you recommend to your guests in the vicinity of the cottage? Liptov is a tourist area with many attractions. Skiing in Jasna, where ski buses run regularly from Jasna to Tatralandia in the winter. In the summer, buses go to Tatralandia - stops are 5 min. on foot.
Right near the private house, you can go for a walk on the Sitieň hill (100m), from its top you can see Liptov beautifully, and at night you can look at the stars from there.

What activities do you recommend for children in the vicinity of the cottage? Right in the building there is a trampoline for children, grass areas for various sports games. A short distance from the private house is a restaurant and a facility with slides and climbing frames for children.
How far is Chalet Zet & Wellness from the nearest swimming pool? Swimming is possible in the Aquapark Tatralandia, or at the Liptovská Mara dam - there you can rent water bikes, or you can go for a ride on the dam on a cruise ship.
