With us, you can easily organize an event for up to 25 people, and 12 people can comfortably sleep here overnight. And because not only love, but also excellent food passes through the stomach, the owners are happy to provide you with excellent home catering.

There are several seating options in the garden. Once your training is over, move to the English Lawn Garden. Soak up the sun by the pool, find a quiet little corner to read or take a nap in the swing. The property has a common room, a perfectly equipped kitchen with wine cellars and a large dining table for 12 guests. The residence also has its own gym with an exit to the terrace, a hot tub, a sauna, an outdoor cooling pool and a rest room with armchairs.

Wake up to a magical morning

Stay in one of the three rooms. There is a choice of a double room, a triple room and one large triple room with a terrace and an open floor, where 4 more people can sleep. One of the rooms is a duplex, where in the morning you can also look out onto the terrace with a beautiful view of Točník Castle.

Take advantage of the convenient location of our residence, which is within driving distance between Prague and Pilsen, and go on trips around the area. If you long for an escape into nature, we recommend visiting the Křivoklátsko National Park (13 km) or exploring the historic Točník Castle (8 km). For lovers of picturesque walks, we recommend a walk around the Zbiroh castle (14 km).
