Three-room apartment no. 1 consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle or microwave, and you will also find a shoe dryer and a safe. Thanks to its location on the ground floor, this apartment has barrier-free access and at the same time a pleasant terrace with seating. Two-room apartment no. 8 is located on the first floor together with a triple bedroom, a double maisonette, a terrace, a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. In it, you have at your disposal not only a living room with a sitting area, but also a kitchen, where you can use a four-plate stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and a microwave.

The spacious third apartment has serial number 57 and is part of the fourth floor of the Spiežovec apartment house. Its equipment includes a balcony, a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a corner sofa, a four-bed bedroom and a double room for accommodation of 2-4 guests. The presence of a kitchenette with a double hot plate, refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle is a matter of course. There is also apartment no. 3 with barrier-free access and apartment studio no. 47 for max. 4 persons. At the same time, no apartment is missing a TV, WiFi internet connection, bed linen, towels and, if necessary, cleaning products. Parking for three cars is provided directly in front of the apartments, and during your stay it is definitely worthwhile to use the local sauna and restaurant, play billiards or table tennis or relax in the gazebo with grill and fireplace.
