Under the protection of a memorial elm, on the outskirts of the popular tourist village of Žumberk, there is a romantic building where we offer private accommodation.
We have 3 double rooms on the ground floor of the main part of the estate and 2 apartments in exchange. The main part has a private relaxing flower garden with pergola and seating area. The exchange has a pergola with seating.

ROOM 1. This spacious double room with a private bathroom with a shower will especially appeal to lovers of country style thanks to the abundance of decorations from our great-grandmothers. Its advantage is light thanks to three windows overlooking the garden. Comfort is guaranteed by a large double bed 200x200 cm with high-quality mattresses. A large wardrobe and a greenhouse chest of drawers guarantee plenty of storage space. The advantage is the period sofa bed with custom-made mattresses, where up to 2 additional guests (130x190cm) can sleep cheaply. I recommend it to all age groups. (CZK 1100-1300/night)

ROOM 2. The second double room will especially please romantic souls. It has a double bed with again quality spring mattresses 160x200 cm and a sofa with a raised headrest. The room includes a tiny but cozy bathroom with a shower. An antique wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table will be used to store things. View again of the flowers in the garden. POKOJ 3 will especially please lovers of the art deco style of the interwar period. It has a large metal double bed 180x200 cm and a sofa bed 120x190 cm. A large wardrobe, a greenhouse chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables guarantee plenty of storage space. There is a little less space between the sink and the toilet, so the room is not quite suitable for strong and elderly guests. This unprecedented style will surely make up for everyone's discomfort. The view is again to the garden. The location near the common kitchen is advantageous. (1100-1300 CZK/night)

The STUDIO on the ground floor continues the tradition of country style with its atmosphere. It has its own bathroom with shower and its own equipped kitchen in the corridor right by the entrance. A comfortable sleep is guaranteed by a raised massive bed 180x200 cm with quality mattresses and a massive bunk bed. The room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a sofa and a table. METZONET APARTMENT offers a quiet and nice environment for a large family or a couple. The apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Above it all, there is an open sleeping area for 4 guests. The apartment is not suitable for guests with small children, dogs and those who are afraid of winding and steep stairs. The village of Žumberk in the foothills of the Novohradské Hory in the southernmost part of South Bohemia is an ideal choice for lovers of cycling, monuments, hiking....
