On the ground floor there is a 3 + 1 apartment with an area of 67 m², where 4 people can comfortably stay in 2 double rooms. We also have an equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a stove, two bathrooms with a shower and also a bathtub and a separate toilet. Upstairs, in a 2 + kk apartment measuring 53 m², there is a room with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, separate toilets and a common room with a kitchenette and a TV, where you can have 2 to 4 beds. The last apartment 1 + kk is also on the first floor and is 48 m². There is a room with a folding double bed, a bed for two, a kitchenette, a TV, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony with a view of the garden. WiFi connection is available for everyone, a lockable bicycle room where you can rent 2 bicycles for free, a garage for 2 cars, parking spaces for 2 cars right next to the house and a garden surrounded by a hedge. In the garden, you can enjoy a covered seating area for 10 people with a fireplace and charcoal grill, which will also be prepared for you. There is a swing in the garden for children.
