Villa Phoenix offers accommodation in newly renovated apartments for 14 people. You can rent the building as a whole or by apartments separately. On the ground floor you will find a six-bed apartment with a balcony, which consists of a double and a quadruple room with a TV. The apartment also includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric double stove, kettle and dining area. A double studio is available on the first floor. It is equipped with a balcony, a TV and a kitchenette with a small seating area. On the second floor you will find another six-bed apartment with the same equipment as on the ground floor. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the building. On the ground floor of the building there is a game room with electronic darts and various board games. The dominant feature of the garden is the indoor swimming pool with deckchairs. There is also a gazebo with a fireplace. A sandpit, swings and toys are available for children.

The villa can be found in a quiet area of the village of Obid, only 7 km from the swimming pool Vadaš in Štúrov. Horse riding, fishing or boating on the lake are available in the surroundings. There are volleyball, soccer, minigolf or tennis courts in the swimming pool area.
