Object description
Villa Dam is located in the outskirts of Liptovský Mikuláš. The villa offers you comfortable year-round accommodation with a total capacity of 16 people. You will stay in two double and four triple rooms. The villa has two floors and on both floors you will find two triple rooms and one double room. There are also two fully equipped kitchens with a dining area. In the common room, you and your friends can have fun with the LCD TV and board games. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. On sunny days, you'll appreciate the beautiful garden where you'll find deckchairs, a gazebo with seating, and you can also grill something good. Your children will have fun in the children's pool. Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the guesthouse. You can park your cars directly next to the building with 6 parking spaces.
Villa Dam is situated in a quiet part of Liptovský Mikuláš, only 300 meters from Liptovská Mary. On summer days, you can swim in Liptovska Mara, enjoy water attractions, fishing or you can take a sightseeing cruise by boat. Tourists will also have a great time tackling hiking trails across the Liptov, Low and West Tatras, or, for example, Chočské Vrch. As for attractions, we recommend you to visit the ILUSIA Gallery or the tourist-famous ZOO kontakt, where you will see many exotic animals. In the summer, you can enjoy skiing at the Opalisko ski center, the Žiarce ski resort or Jasná.
