We warmly welcome you to our newly renovated wellness cottage Kozička. If you are looking for a cottage near the main road, you are at the wrong address. Our homestead is located at the end of the world under the forest, semi-secluded in the heart of nature, where you go for the last approx. 2 km on a forest road, which is also accessible by classic cars, that is, unless you are coming to us in a Ferrari :-)

Whether you are planning an active vacation or just relaxation and rest, everyone will find something for themselves here. If you want to combine both together, the Wellness cottage Kozička is the right place for you. You can enjoy hiking, bike tours and other outdoor activities in the surroundings. And after a hard day, you can relax in a natural hot water tub, a cold water tub, a Finnish sauna or an infrared sauna. You can spend the next day at the covered pool. You can enjoy such a great rest with us throughout the year!

In the interior, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace and another relaxation area with a TV, sofa, table football and board games. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, including a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, combined refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, and Nespresso Gran Lattissima coffee machine. The night part consists of two 2-bed and one 4-bed bedroom. A travel cot for the little ones is a matter of course. You can use the bathroom with shower at any time, the toilet is separate. You will certainly be pleased with the washing machine, which will certainly make your stay easier.

Your children will also go crazy with us, for which there is a children's playground with swings, a slide, a climbing wall, a sandpit and a trampoline. In the evening, you can roast dumplings on the fire, or prepare meat on the grill or a fragrant goulash in a cauldron. The garden offers outdoor seating with a parasol, in bad weather you can hide on the terrace, where there is another place to spend a pleasant evening. The land is completely fenced for your comfort and safety, which is an advantage if you want to bring your four-legged pet, who are warmly welcome by appointment. Parking is provided directly at the entrance to the property.

The cottage is located in the village of Klokočov, which is approximately 14 km from the well-known and popular Czech village of Bílá, where there is a renowned ski center with year-round attractions for children and adults. For tourists, we recommend a trip to the unique Korňanský oil spring, a visit to the birthplace of the renowned Slovak actor Jozef Kroner or the famous Mariánské pilgrimage site Živčáková. Nearby is also the Beskydy dark sky area without light smog, where you can observe the starry sky. On the Slovak side, the Ski Makov ski resort is located at a distance of approx. 20 km.
