Newly built stylish cottage. Zrub Malá Lučivná is located in a secluded place near the village Párnica at the ski resort, in the forest and in the mountains. Wooden house sleeps 12 people (of which 4 are extra beds) in 4 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, 2x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a small dog is allowed for a fee. Outside you will find hearth, outdoor seating, terrace, kettle and grill. Parking by the object.

Object description
Zrub Malá Lučivná offers its guests accommodation throughout the year with a maximum capacity of 12 people. There are four double bedrooms in the cottage, one of which is equipped with a TV and DVD player, and the other two have two pull-out beds that serve as extra beds. Part of the cottage is a living room with a sitting area, a TV and a fireplace. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a dishwasher, gas stove and oven. There are two bathrooms in the cottage. There is a shower and toilet in one, and a toilet, sink and washing machine in the other. It is a matter of course that you can connect to the WiFi network throughout the building. Outside, there is a seating area on the terrace, a grill, a fireplace and a pot for stew. You can park your cars right next to the building.
The Malá Lučivná log cabin is situated in the recreational part of the village of Párnica, in the district of Dolný Kubín. Just a few meters from the cottage, the Malá Lučivná ski resort opens in winter, where you can ski or enjoy winter fun in the Ski Park Kubínska hoľa in Dolný Kubín. In the summer, you will take a hike in the Malá Fatra National Park with excellent conditions for hiking. You will conquer hills such as Chleb, Malý and Veľký Rozsutec, Stoh or walk to Šútovský waterfall and the lake. The Kubínska hoľa summer resort with zipline, bike park, cable car and other attractions is also worth a visit. After active days, you can relax in the Terchovec or AquaRelax Dolný Kubín centers.
