The cottage is located in a recreational area immediately outside the village. The cottage is part of the beautiful environment of Pohronia, Tajovo and Veľká Fatra.

On the ground floor of the building there is a double room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a common room with a fireplace, plasma TV, DVD player, CD player and board games. From the common room there is an exit to a large terrace with a pleasant seating area. There are 3 rooms on the first floor - 1x2 beds, 1x3 beds, 1x4 beds and a modern bathroom with a toilet. In front of the terrace there is a large grass area for playing and relaxing. The building includes a large gazebo with a kitchen area and outdoor water, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor fireplace, seating for a larger number of people up to 20, a grill, a goulash kettle, a large swing, a trampoline for children, a slide and a swing.
