Cottage in the woods. Zrubová chata is located outside the village Liptovský Ján in the forest and by the stream. Wooden house sleeps 10 people (of which 2 are extra beds) in 4 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, 2x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a dog is allowed for a fee. Outside you will find hearth, gazebo, outdoor seating, terrace, kettle and grill. Parking is for 5 cars by the object.

You can ski in the ski center Ski resort Opalisko - Severe Poruba (11 km), the nearest swimming is Termal Raj (1,4 km). Nearby you can see the cave Stanišovská cave (2,6 km) or Castle Liptovsky Hradok (10,2 km).

S vybavením zrubovej chaty aj službami majiteľa sme boli spokojní. Všetko bolo na 100 %

Zrub sa nachádza vo veľmi peknom prostredí.

V zrube sa pocas dna kuriniba krbom, co je postacujuce ak niekto zostane v zrube a priklada. V opacnom pripade sa po par hodinach vratite do vychladeneho zrubu. Elektricke kurenie sa zapina az o 22:00 za predpokladu ze domaci necha nahodene istice, co zistite az ked sa kurenie nezapne a do rana mate v zrube na prizemi 16 stupnov. Druhy den domaci prisiel a nahodil istice od kurenia a islo to. Ale iba do 6:00 takze si musite nastavit budik a prikurit v krbe. Istice su zaamknute, pretoze nejaky ko..t podla domaceho si tam v minulosti kuril aj cez den. Zrub je nedokladne upratovany (pavuciny po stropoch ) a dokonca nas cakali aj smradlave uteraky (beriem ze sa to mohlo stat nedopatrenim). Tma v celom objekte.Ps: zazil som uz vela dovoleniek na chatach na liptove a v tatrach ale toto nepatri do 21 storocia.

To ty nepatris do 21. storocia. 21. storocie je o komunikacii. Vypisovat sprostosti po internete, na to mas cas, ale ked som ti 2 dni pred prichodom pisal, ze kedy chcete prist na chatu, tak si nebol schopny odpisat. V den prichodu som ti volal okolo obeda 2x a nebol si schopny ani zdvihnut telefon. Ozval sisa az 15 min. pred prichodom cca o 16.30 hod., ze uz ste skoro v Lipt. Jane. Ja som na chate kuril od 10.00. hod. Predtym 2 turnusy boli na chate ludia s malym 1/2 rocnym dietatom a nikto sa nestazoval, ze im bolo zima. Za 19 rokov, co mam chatu boli aj zimy, ked bolo - 30 supnov Celzia a nikto sa nestazoval, iba tento ,, mudrc".Na margo pavucin. V drevennej chate, kde su same skary sa moze stat. ze sa objavi nejaka pavucina. Ked sa ti nepaci , mal si ist do Kempinskeho za 200,- €/ os. / noc a mozno, ze by si tam neobjavil ziadnu pavucina

Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím prístup pána Gajdoša, ubytovanie, vybavenosť, čistotu, polohu a hlavne krásne upravené okolie. Veľký altánok, krásne výhľady, zurčiacu rieku... Všetko bolo nachystané ako má byť, čisté a príjemné prostredie. Nás 14 mesačný syn si tiež prišiel na svoje, ako aj naša psia slečna. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime😉

Víkend na tejto chate hodnotím ako maximálne úspešný . Hladali sme pokoj a klud od všetkého čoho máme až po krk v meste a v každodennom živote . Táto chata aj okolie ja na resset a oddych ako stvorená a naše deti si to tiež užili . Ak môžem tak odporúčam .

Chata krasna, v peknom tichom prostredi, lokalita velmi dobra - pekna priroda s moznostou viacerych atrakcii v okoli.

Celkovo sme boli velmi spokojni.

Object description

The log cabin is located in Liptovský Ján in Jánská dolina in the district of Liptovský Mikuláš, in the Žilina region. It is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Liptov, Low and Western Tatras. This area is suitable for winter and summer holidays. The building has good access to the ski resort Jasna.

The log cabin has a capacity for 10 people. On the ground floor of the cottage is a large living room with fireplace, TV, satellite and fully equipped kitchen. In the common room, 2 people sleep in extra beds. The ground floor has a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the attic there are 4 double bedrooms, bathroom with tub and toilet. The cottage has a gazebo with barbecue or cooking in a cauldron.
