Object description
We offer you a choice of year-round accommodation at Chalupa Anička in Važec, while you can also rent one of the two apartments or a studio separately, not just the entire cottage.
The cottage is located in the village of Važec in Horny Liptov, in the district of Liptovský Mikuláš, near Štrba. From here it is close to Štrbské Pleso, to Podbanské, Smokovec, but also to Liptovský Mikuláš and Jasná - conveniently via the highway.
The cottage consists of two apartments and one studio, which can also be rented separately. The apartments have their own, separate entrances. Upstairs, in Apartment no. 1, comfortably accommodates 6-7 guests and Apartment no. 2, on the ground floor, is intended for 5 - 6 persons. Each apartment has a living room with a Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining table, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet (there are two bathrooms in Apartment No. 1). For the little ones, we have cots, toys and board games.
The studio for 2 persons is located on the ground floor. It has its own bathroom, which is accessed through the corridor. In addition to the double bed separated by a wall, the studio includes a kitchen area with a dining area and a sofa.
Cottage Anička has a fenced plot and a garden where you can sit while having a barbecue or cooking pot stew. We also thought about the children, who will have fun on the playground and trampoline. Both children and adults will enjoy the ping-pong table.
The preserved forests of Goat's backs above Važec will tempt you to go mushroom picking and walks along a network of forest paths, also created for runners and cyclists. Above the village there is the famous Važecká lookout with seating and a wonderful view of the Tatras panorama, the Važecká cave, famous for the discovery of cave bear bones, and the Važec Folk Culture Museum. The neighboring village of Východná is known for its folklore festival. From the local roads there are wonderful views of rolling fields, changing colors according to the seasons, against the background of which the Tatra peaks stand out. From these places, you can enjoy the views of the Tatras like in the palm of your hand, without the hustle and bustle of large tourist centers.

There are three thermal water parks near Važec (conveniently along the highway) (Bešeňová near Ružomberok, Tatralandia near Liptovský Mikuláš, Aquacity Poprad). Some hotels also offer wellness centers to the public, e.g. at Strbské Pleso, in Tatranská Lomnica.
