Chalupa Dunajov is located in the Javorníky area, which is a vast mountain range on the Slovakian-Czech border. They are part of the Kysuce Protected Landscape Area, which was declared in 1984. They belong to sought-after tourist regions, a number of hiking trails, nature trails and cycle paths are prepared for visitors. In the winter, the ski resort Oščadnica - Veľká Rača (10 km from the property) is popular with skiers, and in the summer, the bobsleigh track and other attractions. Krásno nad Kysucou - (3 km from the property), restaurants, TESCO, Čadca (12 km from the property) - swimming pool. Nearby is the open-air museum of Kysucka village - Vychylovka. Other towns nearby are Kysucké Nové Mesto - (5 km) - shopping network, tennis courts, further before the regional city of Žilina (12 km) there is the Budatín Castle, in Žilina a network of shopping centers, a swimming pool... Nearby is Rajecká Lesná - wooden movable nativity scene, Terchová, Orava.

Stylishly furnished 4-room wooden house (cottage) - (150 m2) for 12 people in a romantic solitude near the forest with a beautiful, well-kept fenced garden. At the entrance to the building there is a corridor with a wooden staircase to the attic. In the transitional kitchen (10 m2) there is an electric stove (4 plates and an electric oven), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle. The living room (40 m2) is equipped with a sofa, dining area, stove, TV, satellite and radio, bedroom (20 m2) with 4 beds and a double bed. In the bathroom there is a shower - boiler 80 l, there is a separate toilet, accessible through the bathroom. From the hallway, a wooden staircase leads to the attic, where there is one bedroom (30 m2) with 4 beds, a sitting area, a TV, satellite and a second bedroom with 1 bed, two extra beds and a sitting area, from which there is access to a separate toilet. The central heating is on solid fuel. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building! In the basement (separate external entrance) there are 2 rooms with a sitting area, with electronic darts and other games. The nicely maintained fenced garden (1500 m2) has an artificial lake, a field (for ball games) with goals, tennis... In the entrance part of the building there is an outdoor wooden gazebo with seating (morning coffee in nature) and in the lower part of the building there is also a wooden gazebo with seating, a garden fireplace (grill), a kettle for stew and other necessary items for grilling are available. In the garden there are wooden swings, a wooden sandbox and a wooden carousel for children. The parking lot is next to the building. About 0.5 km of asphalt road and 0.5 km of stone road lead to the building.
