Cottage Grant offers its guests year-round accommodation in a comfortably furnished cottage with a maximum capacity of 15 people. There are three four-bed bedrooms and one double bedroom, each equipped with a TV. You will spend time together in the living room with a sitting area and a fireplace, and you will prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove, electric oven, coffee machine, freezer, refrigerator, kettle and dining area. The cottage has two bathrooms with a shower, two toilets and a sauna where you can relax. A cable or WiFi connection to the Internet is a matter of course. Outdoor seating on the terrace, a kettle, a grill and a fireplace are available. You can park your cars in the parking lot 50 meters away.

Cottage Grant is situated on the edge of the village of Špania Dolina, in the district of Banská Bystrica. The village has a rich mining history and you can visit the Copper Museum, the Mining Trail or the Mining Astronomy. The surroundings also offer many opportunities for spending free time in nature. You will go hiking on Panský diel, Krížna hill, visit the Harmanecká cave or discover the Ľupčian rock mushroom. Only 10 kilometers away is the village of Donovaly, which is a popular recreational spot throughout the year. In the winter, you can ski here in the Park Snow Donovaly resort with several slopes and lifts, and in the summer you can have fun in the Funpark with a bobsleigh track, a cable car, a rope park or in the Habakuky and Donovalkovo parks.
