The cosily furnished cottage offers a tub with a jacuzzi and massages with a sauna. Chalupa nad sadom is located on the outskirts of the village Liptovská Kokava at the lift and by the forest. Wooden house sleeps 6 people in 2 bedrooms (1 bathroom, 2x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Stay with a dog is not allowed. This rental is equipped with sauna, bath tub, massages and hot tub. Outside you will find fireplace, outdoor seating, terrace, cauldron, garden swing and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: children playground, toys, baby bed, sandbox and children's swing are available. The plot is partially fenced. Parking is for 2 cars by the object.

Object description
In the cottage, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob with oven, kettle, coffee maker, and a solid fuel oven. The kitchen opens onto a comfortable terrace.

The living room has a large sofa bed, TV, children's corner,
There are two rooms on the first floor, each with a double bed and one single bed, and on request a baby cot for free. there is another toilet on the floor.

What makes your accommodation unique? Why should a potential guest choose your accommodation? You will be welcomed with Prosecco and a coffee machine with free coffee. We have completely remodeled our cottage, everything is new, it smells of wood. The comfortable terrace is intended for relaxation. A hot tub with a hot tub under the open sky will warm you up beautifully even in winter. Although the sauna and massage is not directly in the cottage, it is only 10 km from the cottage in my Relax Libka salon, where you are warmly welcome. In the summer, near the cycling route. In winter, when natural snow falls, there is a ski lift only 500m from the cottage, and a 2.5km long cross-country skiing track only 800m from the cottage.
