The Tilia Cottage welcomes families with children and larger groups of up to 26 people with open arms, for which it has a double room and six four-bed bedrooms. The shared bathroom consists of two toilets, a urinal, two shower cubicles and three washbasins. The cottage has a common room with a fireplace and a TV, while the kitchen has an electric oven, a gas stove, an electric kettle, two refrigerators with a freezer, a microwave and kitchenware. The property has electric heating and solid fuel heating in the fireplace. The exterior equipment includes a covered gazebo with seating, a fireplace and six parking spaces. In the wider area you will find a bus stop and restaurants with refreshments.

The Tilia Cottage is part of the Duchonka cottage settlement by the reservoir of the same name on the outskirts of the village of Prašice, in the Topoľčany district. The recreational area is suitable not only for swimming, but also for water sports, fishing or walking through the surrounding forests or along the Duchonka – Kulháň Forestry Educational Trail, where there is a pond with an adjacent restaurant. Also head for a trip to Topoľčany Castle, the New Zealand Zoo Farm or the Valy Bojná hillfort. Cycling enthusiasts will also find something to their liking, and delicious cheese products await you in the Podhradie chalet.

Please note that in the case of accommodation for groups of young people, we require good behavior and respect that other guests, often with children, are also accommodated in the area around the cottage. For this reason, it is forbidden to bring loud speakers to the cottage and play loud music.
