We offer a plot of land with a cottage for recreational purposes in the Zelená voda cottage area Nové Mesto nad Váhom with the possibility of water sports and summer barbecues. Zelená voda is located only about 2 km from Nové Mesto nad Váhom and is easily accessible from the D1 highway, or by bus or train.
The air-conditioned cottage with an area of approx. 500 m2 is equipped with an alarm system and an external camera system. It has a bathroom with an area of 3 m2 (toilet + sink + shower), one room with an area of 20 m2, where there are two folding beds, a large three-door wardrobe with a mirror and a kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave and a double stove. There is another large refrigerator under the shelter - mainly for cold drinks in the summer, or a large freezer if you would like to store frozen food, ice or caught fish, ...WiFi in the building. Parking is directly in front of the property.
The greatest luxury is a private beach with a jetty and a solar shower, with the possibility of undisturbed sunbathing, fishing, or a canoe, small catamaran or surfboard is available at all times (we do not own life jackets, we are not responsible for the safety of any sports and the overall stay on the property).
It is possible to use a large gas grill or a smaller charcoal grill or start a classic campfire and roast bacon or bacon, throw potatoes in foil in the oven and you have a delicious baked potato with butter...
You can spend your morning coffee or evening drink sitting on two covered terraces.
A few minutes on foot, or even by canoe or catamaran, you can reach two public beaches where buffets work. A hotel with excellent cuisine (with Pilsner on tap) is also about 300m away. You can also use the delivery service for pizza or other food.
In the vicinity, there is the possibility of various sports, cultural or recreational activities, such as hiking, cycling - you can reach Piešťany by bike or roller skates on cycle paths, or on the other side to Trenčín. On the public beaches there are tennis courts, a field for ball games, beach volleyball, or water sports rentals. There are also historical monuments here - the Beckov-Čachtice castle, or the nearby Piešťany Spa.
