I invite you to a cozy cabin, which can also serve you, if you are looking for a healing, relaxing and at the same time romantic stay in seclusion in the beautiful nature of Myjavské kopanice. The cabin is on a plot of land, which includes a natural healing permaculture garden. If you need to recharge your batteries, turn off your mind and relax in the lap of nature, this place is made for you. In the garden, you can relax in the pyramid if you wish. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and on the first floor there are 2 small rooms with a lower ceiling.

The condition for the stay is the preservation of silence, also decent behavior without profanity. The cabin is not rented to groups of men and groups who want to rent the cabin for the purpose of celebrating and drinking alcohol. I do not accommodate such groups. It is also not possible to bring an animal. Please note that I have a female border collie (she is polite, well-behaved and trained :-) ), which is freely released on the property all year round. If her presence would bother you, do not book your stay. The cottage is also not rented to families with children under 10 years of age. Smoking is only possible outside the cabin, subject to all safety and fire prevention rules.

From mid-September to mid-April, guests can cook in the stove with wood that is available. During the heating season, clients take over the cabin heated, and then it is enough to maintain the fire. Don't miss this romance. If necessary, I will show and teach how to handle the stove. Their photo can be found in the photo gallery and they playfully heat up the entire cabin.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. In the cabin you will find different kinds of spices, flour, salt, oils, sugar, teas from my herbs and you will get eggs from my chickens (if I have a surplus). In the summer, you can also get your fill of my grown products (zucchini, salads, tomatoes, peppers, etc.). Alternatively, you can eat in the restaurants on Kopanice.
There are two small rooms on the upper floor. One room has two beds connected, and the other room has 2 separate beds. The ceilings in the upper rooms are lower. Therefore, the upper rooms are used more or less only for sleeping, relaxing, reading books. The lower living room serves as a common room.

The internet signal is only outside the cabin and its strength depends on which operator you have. Telekom has the best signal here. I do not provide internet. I built the cottage more for guests who want to wake up in seclusion and without the hustle and bustle of everyday life, without TV, radio and social networks.

It is forbidden to bring unaccommodated strangers to the property and to the cabin during your stay for the purpose of visiting. If for some reason you want or need someone to visit you on the property, feel free to let me know, I'll be happy to oblige.

The price includes: parking, bed linen, towels, wood for the fireplace, Chatka Nová Zem clients have a relaxation pyramid at their disposal in good weather, which can be used at an agreed time.

The price does NOT include cleaning.
The cabin must be handed over cleaned as you received it, no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you do not want to clean the cottage (take off the clothes, vacuum, wash and put away the dishes, clean the stove in the winter), I charge 45 euros for cleaning.
