The cosily furnished Dom u Baníka is a historic building, which is also drawn on period maps and drawings of the village. With a capacity of 14 people, it offers a double room on the ground floor, a modern bathroom with a corner bath and a common room with a fireplace and a connection to a fully equipped kitchen. The floor, on the other hand, consists of three bedrooms, three toilets, two bathrooms and another kitchen. The house has electric heating and heating with solid fuel. In the exterior there is space for parking or sitting on the terrace. Within a minimum distance from the cottage there is a restaurant, a grocery store and a bus stop. You can also easily reach the sports complex with tennis courts, volleyball and children’s playground.

Dom u Baníka is located in the center of the village of Špania Dolina, which was famous in the past for the mining of copper ore and today attracts visitors to its quiet mountain environment. You can go on a trip along the educational trail Veľká Fatra, to the Harmanecká Cave or to one of the former mining shafts and tunnels hidden in the surrounding mountains. You can experience great skiing in the resorts of Šachtičky, Ski Turecká and Čachovo - Selce, while you can relax in the swimming pool Aqualand Banská Bystrica. In the regional town, don't forget to visit the historical center, the SNP Museum and the Central Slovak Gallery.
