| Detailed information on prices: Stornovanie rezervácie: V prípade zrušenia rezervácie 7 a viac dní (vrátane) pred jej uskutočnením je storno poplatok vo výške 50 % z celkovej ceny rezervácie. V prípade zrušenia rezervácie menej ako 7 dní pred jej uskutočnením je storno poplatok 100 % z ceny rezervácie. Pri možnosti platby na mieste sa pri rezervácií platí záloha 50% z ceny rezervácie. Stornovanie sa vykonáva písomným, alebo telefonickým oznámením, že ten ktorý pobyt, alebo tá ktorá rezervácia sa stornuje. Následne do 14 dní od prijatia zrušenia rezervácie budú peniaze vrátene na č.ú., z ktorého bola rezervácia zaplatená. Oznámenie o zrušení rezervácie sa pošle e-mailom alebo telefonicky. |
