Villa Theodora accommodates you in six modern rooms. There are two single and four double rooms, which are equipped with comfortable beds, TV, mini fridge, balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests also have a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing small meals, a common room and a winter garden. Of course there is a connection to the WiFi network throughout the building. In the exterior there is a terrace with seating and also parking directly at the building.

Villa Theodora is situated in the village of Paňa, in the district of Nitra. In the vicinity you will visit Vajkovská Studnička with a spring, the Žitavský luh lookout tower near the village of Maňa or the Mlyňany Arboretum in Vieska nad Žitavou. The regional city of Nitra offers the Nitra Castle with a nice view of the city and its surroundings, the Ponitrian Museum, the Nitra Calvary, the Andrej Bagar Theater and the city park, which is especially popular with families with children. There are playgrounds, animals, buffets and stalls. Next to it is a swimming pool in Sihota, where you can pleasantly refresh yourself in the summer heat. You can also take a bath at the gravel pit in Komjatice, at the natural swimming pool Tona in Šurany or at the well-known thermal swimming pool Podhájska. You can go hiking to the Zobor hill in Nitra, Veľký Tribeč, to the Svorad Cave or walk to the Dražov Church on a rocky outcrop near Nitra.
