Object description
Villa Breza offers accommodation throughout the year in a pleasant environment near the Duchonka reservoir with a maximum capacity of 16 people. There are four bedrooms with a double bed, a sofa bed, a TV, a safe and air conditioning. The common areas include a living room with a couch, board games, a TV and an exit to the terrace. You will prepare your own meals in a fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The villa has two bathrooms with a shower, two separate toilets and WiFi. You will also have an outdoor seating area by the fireplace, a kettle, bicycles and parking spaces directly at the property.
Villa Breza is located in the village of Prašice, in the Topoľčany district. Just a few meters from the villa is the Duchonka reservoir, which is a popular summer recreation spot. Various music festivals and cultural events are held here. The water is suitable for swimming and you can also try boating, pedal boats, surfing or fishing. The surroundings of the reservoir also include various sports grounds and restaurants, while the western shore is lined with a sandy beach. In the area, you can take a trip to Topoľčiansky Castle, visit the menagerie at the ranch under Babicou, or the Archaeological Museum of Great Moravia in Bojná. Also, don't miss a visit to the Slavic hillfort Valy, Tematín Castle, New Zealand Farm Zoo, and Babylon Summer Palace in Brodzany.
