Villa STROHM is located right next to the Moderštolniansky Tajch (Kopanice Pond) in the Hodruša-Hámre section, Kopanice - Dômky. It is located in the middle of the magical Štiavnické vrchy, behind every hill hides old mining tunnels, ponds full of fish, the most attractive hiking and cycling paths in Slovakia intertwine the hills. The protected landscape area is home to many forest animals, birds, and reptiles. The most beautiful royal town in this area is Banská Štiavnica. The city is a UNESCO monument reserve at a distance of approx. 20 min. by car or 3 hours on foot through forest paths.

The modern holiday villa in the Scandinavian style offers year-round accommodation in 4 separate apartments with a capacity of 13 people, many possibilities for recreation, relaxation, sports enjoyment in summer and winter. It is a combination of the modern concept of recreational architecture, practicality, technical conveniences, respecting the requirements of the most demanding clients. It is an oasis of calm and inspiration to gain new energy, spend moments with loved ones or celebrate life anniversaries. The villa is built as a passive house and is located on a sloping plot of 1500m2. The terrain is reinforced with stone gabions from local quarries. The villa has large windows with glass railings so that nothing obstructs the connection with the surrounding nature. From the bedrooms, located to the north-east, there is a direct view of the Kopanický pond and from the living-room part to the mountain meadow and forests to the south and south-west. It has three parking spaces and two garage spaces.

Upon entering the villa, you enter a spacious hallway with a sufficient number of wardrobes, shoe racks and hangers. Behind the door is a utility room with a laundry room. Upstairs you will find a living area with high ceilings and a gallery. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large American refrigerator, a ceramic hob with 6 burners, a convection/steam oven, a microwave, a wine cellar, a compost grinder and a coffee machine. The kitchen is also equipped with various other appliances, such as a food processor, an immersion blender, a hot-air fryer, modern dishes, glasses for various drinks, a lot of cutlery and other equipment. The dining area hides a finished jewel - an oversized dining table from the year 200. old solid oak for 12 people. The living area shines with a bright, spacious folding sofa reflected in the large-screen TV with home theater and satellite. In the middle of the sofa there is a massive wooden elm conference table, made to measure. The warmth of winter evenings will be made more pleasant by a modern wood-burning fireplace. The room is decorated with beautiful glass hanging chandeliers and lit by large patio windows. From the living room and dining room, you can easily swing onto the outdoor terraces through two sliding patio doors. One terrace is situated to the south with a view of the southern slope, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and side tables for afternoon coffee. The second terrace is covered with a roof and has a large dining table, an outdoor grill and a view of the lake. In the garden there is a modern planting, a sauna, a heated tub with a pearl, a workout playground, a lower platform with an outdoor fireplace, a children's corner with a covered house. The evening atmosphere is complemented by beautiful lighting.

On the 1st floor, there are also two separate and modern bedrooms with large windows with insect nets and hotel curtains, with private bathrooms with toilet and shower. The built-in radio will make your shower more pleasant, the towels will be dried by the electric radiator, and the bathroom will be lit by a window with a view of the greenery. Everything is underlined by modern accessories. From the bedrooms, you can go out to the front balcony, sit on an armchair with a book or look at the surrounding nature or the lake. The rooms have plenty of storage space, hanging cupboards, drawers for small laundry, a dressing table with an atypical mirror, a comfortable bonprix double bed measuring 180x200cm and its own large television. The atmosphere is complemented by romantic lighting or reading lamps. To the 2nd floor, you go past the living tree up the spiral staircase with a glass railing and a long hanging chandelier. Moss paintings on the walls connect the interior with the outside nature.

On the next floor there are two more separate bedrooms. One with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a bunk bed for two with beds 200x90 cm. The second bedroom consists of two separate rooms. One with a double bed 180x200 cm and the other with a large bunk bed for 3-4 people with beds 190x200 and 150x200. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom, a French balcony, plenty of storage space, its own TV, radio and dressing tables. On the 2nd floor there is also a gallery with glass railings, with a view over the living area and through the tall windows to the meadow and the forest. It serves as a corner for playing, reading, relaxing. The entire interior is equipped with custom-made furniture by local masters, created with love and attention to detail, which pleases every eye. The villa has underfloor heating for heating water using a heat pump. Air exchange and ventilation is ensured by recuperation. The water is supplied from a 35m deep well, and regular analysis of the water guarantees its quality. The whole building has Wi-Fi with a password and security is guarded by an external camera system. The entrance to the house has electronic password access, so there is no need for the administrator to be present at check-in.

Lookout - Vápnik memorial This memorial place is located 4 km from the town of Levice (in the direction of Mýtne Ludany village) on the Vápnik hill (274 m above sea level), where in the past there was an observatory of Marshal Malinovský, commander II. of the Ukrainian front, which led military operations in southern Pohronie from this place.
