Object description
The capacity of the facility is 4 people (double bed 160x200 and two single beds) + 1 person extra couch bed or two children on an extra couch bed (130x200).
Living room, kitchen for 4 people, available fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle and coffee maker, dishwasher. Equipped kitchen for cooking.
Room with a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Large balcony (15m2) facing the south side with a view of the park. Free parking space for one car.
The apartment is located in an excellent location, close to the center but surrounded by the greenery of the park. The bus station, square, Lidl supermarket, municipal swimming pool with sauna, summer swimming pool, winter stadium (ice rink for the public), cafes and restaurants are waiting for you in the immediate vicinity.
