Observatory Sobotiste Sobotište

Observatory Sobotiste manage the local organization of the Slovak Union of Amateur Astronomers. The observatory is located in the area of ​​primary school near sobotišťského mansion. Around 60 km find another observatory. Members of the observatory observe meteor showers, the asteroid eclipses, occultations of stars by the Moon, also observed variable stars by addressing astrophotography. Observatory in Sobotište is the only amateur observatory in Slovakia, which monitored during weather station measured data public.
