Cottage by the dam offers its guests accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. Upstairs are three bedrooms - two 2-bed and one 4-bed. Two of them have a shared balcony. The living room together with the kitchen and the bathroom can be found on the ground floor. The living room has a fireplace and a couch, which can also be used as an extra bed for two people. The fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a ceramic hob and a dining area. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and toilet. There is no TV and internet connection in the cottage. Outdoors, you can grill or grill something delicious on the fireplace with a seating area and sit on the covered terrace. You can park your car directly at the cottage in 3 parking spaces.

The cottage by the dam is built by the Kunovská dam, near the village Sobotište. The dam is only 50 m away from the cottage, where you can relax with water sports, fishing or lying on a sandy beach. For children there are playgrounds on the shore, for adults there is a sports complex, pedal boats and other attractions. An educational trail is also built around the Kunovská dam. In the vicinity you can visit the observatory, manor house and a renovated mill in Sobotišť. Branč Castle, Korlátko, Swimming Castle and Bradlo Mound. The Drina Cave and the Plavecká Cave are also located here. In the wider area you can visit the historic towns of Skalica and Holíč, the famous spa Smrdáky, in Šajdíkové Humence golf course and Šaštín Strážiach Basilica.
