Apartment (45 m2) on the first floor of a new apartment building:
- consists of 2 rooms: bedroom, living room
- there is a double bed in the bedroom, a pull-out double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living room
- fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric hob, kettle, microwave
- bathroom with toilet and shower
- built-in wardrobes
- there is comfortable seating on the large balcony
