Green Mountain Lake Kežmarské Ždiar
In the eastern part of the High Tatras in the valley you will find the so-called Green Mountain. Green Mountain Lake, called the green Kežmarské Lake. It is the largest lake that is located in this part of the Tatras and since it is low-lying is quite often visited by tourists. They are based on the lakeside Cottage at the Green Ball, where the mountain rescue service station. From the ball Green Brook flows and flows across the valley where the dam is located from the 19th century. Green Mountain Lake is called by the green spots that are caused by seepage springs in his day.
