Object description
Villa Zdenka, a comfortable and stylish cottage, is situated in a beautiful and healthy mountain environment. It is a suitable object for families with children, couples, youth groups, seniors up to 16 people with year-round operation.
The property has a large living room: kitchen unit, electric stove, bar counter, common dining area, TV, satellite, sitting area, WIFI is available throughout the property.
There are 2 separate floors:
Separate ground floor: large living room 30 m2 with kitchen, dining area, bar counter, TV, TV, large bedroom with sink, 26 m2, 5 beds, 1 bunk bed, 3-bed bedroom, hall, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, 2 separate toilets, anteroom, porch - ski rack and entrance to the building... Separate relaxation room with infrared sauna cabin for 2 people, sink, relaxation bench. Separate gas boiler room and storage.
Separate, lockable attic: 4-bed room with sink, 3-bed room with sink, bathroom with exhaust, with bathtub, sink and toilet.
A total of approx. 220 m2 of living and usable space.
Fenced area around the building 720 m2: parking, garden grill with seating, trampoline, garden hut - sale of souvenirs and tourist supplies.
In the immediate vicinity there is a rope park with 3 tracks, a multifunctional playground, a bicycle rental, a cycle path, 3 restaurants, a mini-market, 2 churches, a climatic sanatorium for the treatment of respiratory problems, a tourist trail to the beautiful Belianska cave and marked trails to the eastern and the northern part of the V. Tatras. Nearby Bachledová dolina - cable car and path through treetops.
Villa Zdenka is situated in a beautiful and healthy mountain environment, in the sanatorium forest park Belianske Tatras, in the High Tatras and on Zamaguri. The building is located in the village of Tatranská Kotlina, in the district of Poprad, in the Prešov region. In the vicinity, there is the possibility of cycling, picking forest fruits, high mountain hikes, visiting the Belianska cave and many other attractions. There are also well-known ski resorts and thermal swimming pools nearby. The attraction of our location is also the path through the treetops. From us you can go on high-altitude hiking without a car, marked trails lead directly from the cottage to the eastern and northern parts of the Tatras.
