Our cottage Burg above Banská Štiavnica was renovated in 2017 and is suitable for 7, maximum 8 people.

We offer accommodation all year round for families with children, but also for groups of friends. The building has a kitchen, which is also used as a common room. It includes a fireplace, a couch and kitchen equipment - a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric stove with an electric oven, a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The couch can also be used as a full-sized bed for one person.

There are two bedrooms in the cottage, one triple, in which you will find a bunk bed. In the second, four-bed bedroom, there is a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilet is located separately from the bathroom. Outside, there is a grill, a stew pot and a fireplace. There is a sandpit and a slide for children. The cottage also has a separate space for storing bicycles and skis. There is parking for 3 cars right next to the building.

You can find the cottage in the quiet surroundings of Štiavnické Bane, in the Horná Roveň part. The village is situated near the historical town of Banská Štiavnica. The cottage is an excellent starting point for hiking, for example to Sitno (10 km) or cycling to the surrounding mountains. History lovers can visit the nearby Bastion (500 m), the Old and New Castles, the historic church in the village, the Banské museum in nature (1.5 km) or the botanical garden. You will also be captivated by the historical center of Banská Štiavnica with its many stylish cafes.

Throughout the year, you can relax in nearby spa resorts, such as Vyhne, which is 17 km away, Sklené Teplice spa 18 km, Dudince spa 31 km, or the Podhájska thermal resort, which is 65 km away. In winter, the Salamandra Ski Resort is not far from our cottage, the upper station of the cable car is only 800 m from us.
