Vila Kalinčiak AESCULAP is located in the recreation area Vysoké Tatry - Dolný Smokovec in the forest and in the mountains. 2 rooms sleep 5 people (of which 1 is an extra bed) in 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, 2x WC). Multiple independent groups can be accommodated. Staying with a dog is not allowed. We offer breakfast. Outside you will find outdoor seating, terrace and grill. Parking is for 3 cars by the object.
You can ski in the ski center Ski resort Dolny Smokovec - Greguška (1,5 km), the nearest swimming is Aquacity Poprad (14,2 km). Nearby you can see the cave Belianska (15,3 km) or Castle Kežmarok (18,4 km).

Object description
Villa Kalinčiak offers its guests accommodation in 4 attic rooms. Each room has a double bed or two single beds, sofa, TV with satellite, bathroom with shower and toilet. WiFi optical network is available throughout the building. On the floor by the stairs there is a microwave oven, kettle, fridge and table service. It is forbidden to smoke and use any appliances in the rooms. The common areas consist of a hall with seating by the fireplace and a large glazed conservatory, where breakfast is also served. This space has a panoramic view of the High Tatras. In summer, a grill is available outside. Parking is at the villa from the back of the building, where the entrance to the accommodation is located. Accommodation is not suitable for families with children.
Villa Kalinčiak is located in the High Tatras, in the upper part of Dolné Smokovec, only 80 m from the TEŽ stop. The building is located not far from the main road. The romantic villa from 1884 underwent an extensive reconstruction and modernization of the interiors in 2011, and today it is registered in the list of National Cultural Monuments. Therefore, bringing pets into the villa is prohibited. Since Vila Kalinčiak is located in the heart of the High Tatras, there are countless possibilities for spending your free time. Lovers of nature and mountains will feel like they are in paradise here. You can go hiking, cycling, walking, picking mushrooms, and in the winter you can go skiing in the nearby ski resorts. If you are interested, the owner can provide you with a mountain guide or give you various tips and advice for the trip.

What activities do you recommend to your guests around the cottage? Mountain hiking, walks around the area, cycling. In the summer, there is a possibility of grilling if a group is staying. (all 4 attic rooms)
How far is the Vila Kalinčiak AESCULAP from the nearest swimming spot? Poprad AQUA CITY 8 km. 15 minutes by car or ALSO by train. Or wellness hotel Bellevue 2 km.
How far is the NAZOVUBOTOVANIA from the ski slope? The complex in Tatranská Lomnica is 5 km away. There is also a smaller lift in Dolní Smokovec, approx. 900 meters away, and is intended for beginner skiers.
How does it work when checking in? The reservation is confirmed only after telephone contact with the owner of the object or a message via WhatsApp, Viber, etc. The guest agrees the arrival time with the accommodation provider by phone or email. The keys to the room and the building are handed over in person, exceptionally they can be left in a coded box. Accommodation is not possible without an agreed arrival time.
