Ruins gurnard Štítnik
Zrúcanina nížinného vodného hradu z roku 1432 bola postavená na obranu proti tureckým nájazdom. Hrad bol renesančne prestavaný v rokoch 1580 - 1585. Cez túto rekonštrukciu bolo zosilnené opevnenie delovými baštami a do veže bola umiestnená pozorovateľňa. Dnes nevieme odhadnúť, ako hrad presne vyzeral, lebo bol za stavovského povstania značne poškodený. Hrad bol v 18. storočí opravený a neskôr prestavaný na obytnú kúriu. Do dnes sa tu zachovala juhovýchodná bašta s terasou, na mieste južného krídla vznikla kamenná stena s veľkou bránou. Dnes objekt využíva poľnohospodárske učilište. Read on
