The cottage is located above the chapel, off the main road, by the forest, in the small village of Dobrá Voda near Jemnice, in the district Třebíč, at the very bottom of the Highlands near the Austrian border at the border of the regions - one foot in South Moravia - Znojemsko - Vranovská Přehrada, Bítov, the other foot in the South Bohemian Region through the Renaissance Slavonice gateway to Czech Canada, all connected by the Austrian Pody. Even better, there are countless beautiful places to visit. Dobrá Voda is a pilgrimage site, sought after through a chapel with holy water, reputedly miraculous. A small village surrounded by forests, ponds, meadows, rocks and streams flowing into the river Dyje, which continues to flow under the Bítovská castle, and through all the Bítovská bays up to the Vranovská dam. The possibility of swimming near the forest in a pond without people, or a swimming pool in Kdousov, a biotope in Jemnice, fishing for a small fee 100m from the house in a local pond, or a sports pond Asuán - 1km, nature walks, or ideally cycling.
