The cottage is located in a quiet, sunny location, 1.5 km from the Lipno Reservoir and the town of Frymburk with a beautiful view of the surroundings.
It includes a large garden of 2,000 m² with a landscaped outdoor seating area. A spacious fireplace 20 m from the cottage offers the possibility of sitting by the fire in the evening. Šumava forest immediately behind the cottage.
