Cottage near Smolíků - Jestřebí is available all year round and has a capacity of 10 people. Only one group of guests can be accommodated. A double, triple and quadruple room is ready for you. The cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and kettle. You can enjoy your time together in the common room with fireplace, television, ping-pong table, darts and football. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer and toilet. For greater comfort, there is one more separate toilet in the cottage. WiFi connection is available throughout the cottage.

The cottage has a yard with a terrace, outdoor seating, a hot tub with a kettle, a grill and a fireplace. In the summer months, you can refresh yourself in the outdoor pool. Children will have fun in the garden cabin, which has a children's corner with toys and a kitchen. In the garden, they can jump on the trampoline, build dolls in the sandbox or swing on the swing. The garden cabin can also be used for sleeping in the summer months, it has one bunk bed. Parking is possible directly at the cottage for a maximum of 8 cars.

Chalupa u Smolíků - Jestřebí is located in a part of the town of Brtnice in the district of Jihlava. If you are keen on tourism, you can visit Brtnice Castle, Třešť Castle or the ruins of Rokštejn Castle. Families with children can go to the zoo in Jihlava to see the animals or have fun in the Robinson amusement park. In winter, you can ski in the Jalovec or Čerínek ski areas.
