The family cottage offers accommodation for families with children and groups. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms - double and quadruple. On the middle floor there is a living room with a seating area and a fireplace. This living area is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, there is an electric stove with oven, electric grill, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. You will also find full kitchenware here.

On the ground floor you will find a second common room. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The cottage has a terrace on both sides. From the smaller terrace towards the meadow you can enjoy the views of the foothills of the Western Tatras - Baníkov, Hrubá kopa, Tri kopy and others, or with a little luck you can enjoy the view of the sheep grazing on the large meadow. The second larger terrace overlooks the forest and is also ideal for morning sunbathing. There is also a gazebo with a fireplace by the cottage. There is also a barbecue and a kettle. For children, there is a swing mounted on a tree, balls and badminton.
There is a water supply in the cottage, but the water is only utility, caught from a stream. Heating is central on solid fuel. The wood stove and wood briquettes are on the middle floor. There are also electric heaters in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. An unpaved road leads to the cottage. In winter, with more snow, parking is possible 300 m - 1 km from the cottage. Opalisko Ski Resort is only 1.5 km from the cottage. If you want to shorten the way to it, it is possible on foot along the meadow - then it is about 500 m to the ski slope. On the meadow near the cottage there is a possibility of cross-country skiing with the possibility of connecting to the groomed tracks about 500 from the cottage.

Cottage Pod skalou is located in a cottage settlement 1 km behind the village Závažná Poruba. The cottage has a beautiful view of the Western Tatras and in summer there are ideal conditions for hiking, biking and mushroom picking. On the way to the cottage from the village is a game park with wild animals. In the surroundings you can swim in the thermal swimming pool in Liptovský Ján or Tatralandia 10 km away. You will definitely be interested in the proximity of the Demänovské caves.
