The cottage is located in the sought-after location of Jasná in Demänovská Dolina, just a few meters from the Lúčky ski slope.
During the winter season, it is thus an ideal place for skiers, snowboarders, or ski alpinists. In the summer, it is an excellent base camp for nature trips and bicycle tours.
The Demänovské caves can be reached from the cottage after a walk of less than three kilometers.
Guests can reach the water parks in Liptov by car in 20 minutes, and it takes the same time to get to Liptovska Mara.
There are several catering and restaurant establishments in the vicinity.
Accommodation is suitable for families with children.

The entire cottage is rented as a whole so that our guests have absolute privacy.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with 8 beds, a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The ground floor consists of another bathroom with an infrared sauna, a spacious living room with a sofa, a fireplace stove, a large oak dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry.
On the underground floor there is an entrance hall, a large ski room with a ping pong table, a toilet and a technical room.
A cot is a matter of course.
