Záloha za ubytovanie: Záloha za pobyt je 50 % z celkovej ceny za pobyt. Rezervácia pobytu v Chalete Hillview Jasná je považovaná za záväznú až po uhradení zálohovej platby za ubytovanie a jej pripísaní na účet prenajímateľa. Pri kratších pobytoch na 2 noci, alebo pobytoch s iným počtom nocí ako je uvedené v cenníku, Vám celkovú cenu ochotne vypracujeme individuálne. Vratná kaucia/depozit za objekt: Kaucia/depozit za objekt je od 200€ a je splatná pri nástupe na pobyt. Kaucia bude vrátená pri odchode hosťa, po bezchybnom odovzdaní a skontrolovaní celého objektu prenajímateľom. Prenajímateľ kauciu nevráti, resp. vráti iba jej časť v prípade poškodenia alebo odcudzenia inventáru, znehodnotenia objektu, prípadne straty kľúčov.
