Object description
The cottage is located in complete privacy, directly under the forest by a scenic stream.
Despite the secluded location and no neighbors, you are also a few steps away from the pedestrian zone and a wonderful walk to the Jánská dolina or to Liptovský Ján.

What makes your accommodation unique? Why should a potential guest choose your accommodation? The cottage is secluded, by a stream on the edge of the forest near the most famous attraction "Kadi" natural spring in Liptovský Ján. "Kaďa" is accessible non-stop and free of charge.
What program do you recommend to your guests in case of rain? Swimming in "Kadi" is possible in any weather (yes, even in winter), at any time. There are board games at the cottage.
What activities do you recommend to your guests in the vicinity of the cottage? There is a possibility of hiking and cycling in the surroundings. The Stanisovská valley is one of the most beautiful valleys in the area.

The village of Liptovský Ján is known for its MINCOVNÍČKOV – the landscape of the mythical underground kingdom of AGHARTHA. In any case, we recommend swimming in "Kadi", the Liptovský Ráj summer swimming pool and a view over the village are also nearby.

Can I drive directly to the accommodation in case of bad weather? yes, the access road goes all the way to the stream. Subsequently, a footbridge leads across the stream, which leads directly to the cottage. In winter (in case of heavy snowfall), parking is possible at the beginning of the driveway (approx. 50 m from the cottage). Parking is intended for 2 cars.
