Museum of bells and spiežovcov Šumiac
The folk wooden houses in the village Šumiac is a private museum of bells and Spiežovcov. The museum collection contains more than 2,000 bells, which have different shape, size and sound - plecháče spiežovce and livestock. There is also wooden, clay and even glass bells, chimes, and other interesting folk instruments, which are used for grazing animals. The museum houses the collection of bells and folklore products from Slovakia, Hungary, Russia, Spain, Japan, Egypt, Cambodia and Madeira. Read on
