High Tatras Važec
High Tatras is situated in the northern part of Slovakia. In Europe, the unique combination of natural beauty. The High Tatras are characterized by ideal conditions for hiking, climbing, mountain biking, skiing, recreation and treatment of certain diseases. The Tatras also developing other attractions such as golf or skijoring. In 1949 it was declared the first national park in Slovakia (TANAP) and in 1993 it was together with the polish part of the Tatras mountains declared by UNESCO a "Biospheric reservation Tatras".
