The Slovak National Museum Martin
Museum in Martin is a branch of the Slovak National Museum in Bratislava. It was founded in 1893 and its mission is to preserve artifacts documenting the Slovak culture. There are more than 150 000 museum items. It has several extended exhibition of the Ethnographic Museum, the Museum Andrej Kmet, the Museum of the Slovak Village Jahodnícke Grove, Martin Benka Museum Plicka Blatnica, Museum of Czech Culture in Slovakia Museum of Roma Culture in Slovakia.
