Modern chalets and apartments in Liptov. Tri Vody is located in the recreational area Demänovská Dolina by the forest and on the mountains. 16 apartments a 4 cottages sleep 110 people (of which 18 are extra beds) in 40 bedrooms (28 bathrooms, 32x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Stay with a dog is allowed for a fee. We offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This rental is equipped with sauna and hot tub. Outside you will find outdoor seating and terrace. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: playground, children's chair, baby bed, climbing frame, slide and children's swing are available. Parking by the object.

Object description
The Tri Vody holiday resort offers its guests accommodation in new luxuriously furnished chalets and apartments with a capacity of 2 to 11 people. They will enchant you with their interesting architecture and beautiful interior with modern equipment. Family, panorama and premium apartments, chalet premium and chalet wellness are available. The apartments consist of one or two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and, in the case of family apartments, two extra beds on the sofa bed. Chalets and apartment 6+ premium have double bedrooms and a gallery with four beds above the living room. There is also a fireplace, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet. Chalet wellness offers a private sauna and hot tub on the terrace. All accommodation units have one or two terraces, a room for storing bicycles and skis, and a shoe dryer. Apartments 2+ panorama and 4+ panorama can be combined into one apartment for a larger group of people.
Tri Vody is located in the recreational area of Liptovský Mikuláš, in the Demänovská Dolina section. This convenient location ensures easy access to famous Liptov attractions, namely the Demänovský caves, Jasná and the Tatralandia water park. Nearby is also the Liptovská Mara water reservoir and hiking trails, along which you can climb the highest peaks of the Low Tatras, Chopok and Ďumbier. In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the largest Slovak ski resort, Jasná Chopok, or in the smaller Ski Žiarce.

What program do you recommend to your guests in case of rain? Nearby are the Demänovské caves or the large FANTÁZIA amusement park and Tatralandia aquapark in nearby Liptovský Mikuláš.
What activities do you recommend to your guests in the vicinity of the cottage? Cycling, hiking
What activities do you recommend for children in the vicinity of the cottage? For children, we have a playground with a slide and a swing. In addition, there is the possibility of walks in nature, light hiking and a bobsleigh track in Pavučina Lehota.
How far is Zrubový Dom pod hoľami from the nearest swimming pool? Some Chalets have a private hot tub and sauna. If you have not reserved this type, the nearest swimming is possible in Demänová resort or Tatralandia.
How far is Zrubový Dom pod hoľami from the ski slope? 10 minutes by car is the largest ski resort in the Low Tatras - JASNÁ. A free ski bus runs right in front of the resort during the winter season.
How does check-in work for the stay? The client has the option to complete an online check in, which speeds up the necessary administration at the reception. A security deposit of €200 is payable upon arrival (by blocking the card). The deposit is then released on the day of departure after checking the chalet/apartment.
When and how do you pay for the accommodation? In advance by bank transfer or online card when booking through the site. The possibility to issue an invoice so that you can claim a recreation voucher.
Can I drive directly to the accommodation in case of bad weather? Yes, access to the parking lot is in all weathers. In winter, the road is maintained. In case of heavy snowfall, we recommend snow chains or a car with 4x4 drive. In addition, there is a possibility of free parking in front of the resort. This also applies if you arrive in several cars. Each Apartment has 1 reserved parking space (large chalets 2 spaces). The remaining cars can be parked free of charge in the parking lot directly in front of the resort.
What else should the guest know before checking in? The reception is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (subsequently on the phone). If you arrive later, it is not a problem to leave your keys in the box. We send all instructions before arrival.
