Hincovo tarn Štôla
In Mengusovská valley below Kôprovský peak you will find the largest and deepest mountain lake in Slovakia, which is Hincovo Lake. Its area is 20 ha and the depth of more than 50 m. As it is situated at an altitude of nearly 1950 m most of the year is covered with ice. From the ball Hince stream flows and forms together with the Krupa river Poprad. Near mountain lakes to the stream created small lakes called Hincova eye. It is interesting that in Hincovo ball live trout and the tarn's highest point of its occurrence.
