Mining knocker Hodrusa - Hamre Hodruša - Hámre
V miestnej časti obce Hodruša - Hámre - v Banskej Hodruši nájdete jednu z posledných piatich zachovaných banských klopačiek na Slovensku. Táto vzácna stavba bola postavená v roku 1521 a je zapísaná do zoznamu svetového dedičstva UNESCO. V minulosti klopačka pri rônych príležitostiach hlasne klopala na voľne visiacu drevenú dosku. Podľa rytmu klopania bolo možné rozlíšiť o akú udalosť sa jedná. Ohlasovalo sa napríklad vojenské nebezpečenstvo, pohreb alebo začiatok práce v bani. Pred sfáraním baníkov do štôlni sa baníci spoločne modlili. Pred týmito modlitbami klopačka zrýchľovala frekvenciu klopania, aby nútila rozospaných mužov pridať do kroku. Výnimočnosť baníckej klopačky zvýrazňuje aj hodinový stroj, ktorý pochádza z konca 18. storočia. Tento stroj má len jednu ručičku, čo je na Slovensku unikátom.
