Ethnographic Museum in Martin
Part of the Slovak National Museum, the Ethnographic Museum in Martin. It is the largest and oldest museum work in Slovakia. You will find a collection of over 100,000 objects and because it is the largest collection of folk culture in Slovakia. In the museum there are 3 large exposures. In human exposure and the soil you can get information on agriculture and cattle breeding in Slovakia. You can find unique items that are associated with the domestic pastoral culture. In human exposure and the material you will find a wide variety of production materials - wood, clay, straw, stone, metal, glass and various other materials. Human exposure and apparel shows a typical clothing worn by a variety of layers and groups of people from different times and places of Slovakia.
