Muran Plateau National Park Muráň
Národný park Muránska planina bol so svojou rozlohou 219 km2 vyhlásený za NP v roku 1997. Na území tohto NP sa nachádza množstvo krasových prameňov, ponorov a vyvieračiek, viac ako 150 jaskýň a 15 priepastí. Rastie tu najnižšie položená kosodrevina na Slovensku a tiež tu rastú obrovské jedle. Lykovec muránsky je rastlinka, ktorú neuvidíte nikdy inde na svete, taktiež tu môžete nájsť slovenské endemity trýzeľ karpatský a zvonček karpatský.
